My Health Snapshot provides an online health self-assessment tool consisting of 22 questions covering work-life balance, exercise habits, sleep quality, nutrition, and general wellbeing.

3 Not Medical Advice

The My Health Snapshot assessment and report do NOT constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. This cannot be overstated.

We make no claims that the Service can diagnose, prevent, treat, or cure any disease or medical condition. The Service is intended for generally healthy adults interested in understanding their lifestyle habits.

5 Payment Terms

Price: The full health report is available for a one-time payment of £9.99 (GBP). All prices are inclusive of any applicable VAT.

Payment processing: Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store, access, or handle your payment card details. By purchasing, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.

No subscription: This is a one-time purchase with no recurring charges. You will not be charged again unless you initiate a new transaction.

Currency: All transactions are processed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). If your card is denominated in a different currency, your card provider may apply conversion charges.

Failed payments: If your payment fails, you will not receive access to the full report. Please ensure your payment details are correct and that your card issuer is not blocking the transaction.

6 Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your purchase, subject to the following conditions:

All content on the Service, including but not limited to the assessment questions, scoring methodology, report templates, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the intellectual property of My Health Snapshot and is protected by UK and international intellectual property laws.
